Hello gentleman,
Although you are in flat, casual shoes usually, be aware that you will be on your feet for a good portion of the day. Choose wisely and watch for comfort!

You can find professional looking shoes almost anywhere. Flip-flops are frowned upon. The basic, oxford style shoe is the most popular, but loafers are a good idea too. It is slip resistant with removeable insole.
When shopping look for a shoe with a shock-absorbing sole, this should help you feet from being sore.
Any dressy sandals are okay to wear. Cuff-links, collar-pins, tie-clips, etc are acceptable but nothing too big. Althletic shoes and hiking boots are also a "no-no".
Try looking for bargain shoes at theses stores:

As far as accessories, keep the jewelry to a minimun, this means no "be-dazzled" belt buckles.
Huge pendant and chains are too flashy for the classroom. Cuff-links, collar-pins, tie-clips, etc are acceptable but nothing too big. Your underwear is not an accessory so please wear a belt/pull up your pants.
Hats are not included in the "business casual" attire.
Men should be cleaned shaven and well kept.
Do not wear any of these..
